After receiving a BA in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College, Kaitlyn refused to leave the concept of nightly homework behind. Centering her life around everything literary, she started her own freelance editing company as soon as her diploma arrived in the mail.

Catherine Cho joined Curtis Brown in 2015. Her background is in law and public affairs. She worked as a literary assistant and Contracts Manager for Folio Literary Management in New York and then moved to London.
She is currently building her own list of fiction and nonfiction and is particularly looking to work with debut novelists. She is looking for books that would appeal to both UK and US readers.
